Copier Payment Options

Our
remanufacturing process consists of stripping each machine down to the
bare frame, thoroughly cleaning the machine inside and out, replacing
all old or worn parts, and testing each machine to ensure that it meets
new machine standards. After
testing is completed, our final quality control check is making sure
that every copier leaving our facility works and looks like a new
machine.
We keep inventory
of the most commonly requested copier
models on hand and have a network of suppliers from whom we can
quickly obtain any other models needed.
When you call or e-mail
us with a copier inquiry, we ask the necessary questions to make
sure you get the right copier for your needs.
We don’t want you to receive a copier that is not built to
handle your monthly copy volume or you may experience problems with your
machine. We also don’t
want you to spend unnecessary money on a machine that has significantly
more capacity than your business needs. Once the appropriate copier is determined and you have
placed
your order and submitted payment,
your machine will be prepared for delivery.
Copiers currently in stock will be shipped immediately and should
be received within 5 business days.
Those machines not in stock will take 7-10 business days on
average to arrive at your door. In either case, we will give you an estimated time of arrival
when you place your order and payment is received.
